Zing! Soy-Lime Dressing

From Vinaigrettes and Other Dressings

This is likely the easiest dressing you'll ever make. It is also surprisingly delicious, more than a simple sum of its parts. I've been making it for decades and have never grown tired of it. Enjoy it on seaweed salad, seaweed and noodle salad, as a dip for toasted nori, with grilled shrimp and thinly sliced cucumber and with grilled beef salad.
