If you want to indulge for dinner, this recipe will serve 2 or 3 and all you'll need alongside is a big green salad and a rustic red wine. If you cannot ...
Zing! Soy-Lime Dressing
This is likely the easiest dressing you'll ever make. It is also surprisingly delicious, more than a simple sum of its parts. I've been making it for decades and have never grown tired of it. Enjoy it on seaweed salad, seaweed and noodle salad, as a dip for toasted nori, with grilled shrimp and thinly sliced cucumber and with grilled beef salad.
- Makes about ½ cup
- 6 tablespoons sushi-quality soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
Put the soy sauce in a small serving bowl, add the lime juice, stir and serve.
