Cooking Class Dinner Parties

Looking for a unique and uniquely wine country way to entertain your friends?    How about a cooking class in your own kitchen? 

After consulting with you about the menu, my assistant and I will arrive three hours before the class with all of the ingredients--except the wine, which legally we cannot provide--in hand.  We’ll set the table and organize the kitchen so that prep will go smoothly. When guests arrive, we’ll toast the evening with a glass of champagne and a few nibbles before we get to work on the recipes.  Guests--including you--can learn as much or as little about the process as you wish. We’ll keep things on track, teach you techniques and help you perfect your skills, if you like.  If you prefer to kick back and drink while we do all the work, no problem. We will get dinner on the table on the agreed upon time and we’ll stick around to clean up afterwards.    We’ll even sit around the table and chat if you like.

The number of guests is determined by how many people will fit comfortably around your dinner table.  Cost is determined by the number of guests and the menu.   Classes are available throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.  We’ll travel beyond the Bay Area, too, but will need to charge you more, of course.

Every participant receives a copy of the menu, wine pairings and recipes.  If you request it, we will provide a consultation on how to easily make your kitchen a more cook-friendly environment.
